Immediately, all keepsake albums are constructed during the event and delivered to the host/hostess upon completion of said event What time does the booth arrive at the event? 30-45 minutes prior to your start time. i.e. if your booth rental is 7p-9p the booth would arrive between 6:15-6:30pm for set up How big is the booth? The enclosed booth is 5'x5' and stands 10' tall The open booth is approximately 9'x6' How much space is required to operate the booth? Please allow an unobstructed 10'x20' space for the booth and prop table Specifically, what do you require to operate the booth? If you have requested photos to be printed on location, immediate access to electricity will be needed or the use of an extension cord If you have requested photos to be digitized, wi-fi connectivity will be needed A 4'x4' table or 6' banquet table will be requested to hold props, printer, and ancillary items Can the booth operate outdoors? The booth cannot operate under threat of high winds, rain, thunder/lighting, hail, snow, or extreme heat. How far in advance should the booth be reserved? Booth reservations are first come first serve. Please reserve your booth as soon as you have a date and time for your event. Reservations are accepted up to 24 months in advance What is required to make a reservation? Contact our office and speak to a representative. A deposit of 50% of your total amount due will reserve your booth. (i.e. if your booth rental is $499 your deposit will be $250) Deposits can be made via check or credit card. Balances can be paid via credit card or cash. Receipts for all payments are delivered immediately. Are there any other fees? Outside of your order there are no fees. However, booth rentals are subject to applicable NC or SC sales tax, depending on the location of your event. What is your refund policy? If the event is more than 30 days from the date of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded. If the event is within 30 days of the date of cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited. In such cases where an act of God has prohibited the event from taking place, i.e. tornado, flooding, power outage, extreme blizzard/roads not safe to travel etc, a full refund will be issued. In such cases where the event is rescheduled, the booth will be rescheduled.
